Alex
I discovered yoga during my studies. In my daily management tasks in the digital transformation environment, yoga practice helps me to find balance again and again, to connect head & heart and to find stability within myself.
My yoga classes include a lot of room for experimentation, so that space can be created for conscious awareness of one's own body and mind. A good dose of humour is always part of it - laughing is known to be very relaxing.
I have completed a classic 2-year Hatha yoga training programme according to the tradition of Swami Sivananda (500 hours BYV / RYT). I have been teaching yoga since 2016 (corporate yoga, classes and workshops in my own yoga studio, retreats at home and abroad).

As a psychologist and Yoga teacher, I dedicate myself to the big questions of what it means to be human.
I spend my life constantly re-understanding who we humans are, what moves, shapes and supports us. It is very important to me that people can really feel connected to themselves. This enables a new awareness of oneself and the world, new paths emerge - as a process facilitator, I support people and organisations in taking these new paths.
I have a Master's degree in psychology and a solid coaching qualification from the School of Facilitating. I completed several years of training as a certified yoga teacher at the Institute for Complementary Therapy IKT, including a one-year specialisation in medical principles. At the Yoga University in Villeret I deepened my knowledge of the various aspects of yoga. My main focus is on the interaction between yoga and psychology. I also continued my training at the Polyvagal Academy and completed the NSTI® basic course. In 2024, my fascination for psychosomatics will lead me to a three-year training programme to become a body therapist.
