Awakening Yoga

Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga

Meditation

Slow Flow Yoga

Using the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs, the body and energy systems are harmonized and elevated to a higher frequency – promoting greater balance and well-being.

Ice bathing
Would you like to experience the benefits of an ice bath?
Discover a unique energy boost in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. Our certified Wim Hof Method instructor will guide you safely through this intense cold experience.
No prior experience is required, but good health is essential.
Spend two minutes in icy water – that’s all it takes to feel the effects.
Important note
Ice bathing is not suitable for individuals with health conditions such as pregnancy, epilepsy, Raynaud’s syndrome (stage II), or high blood pressure.
