Awakening Yoga
Awakening Yoga is a dynamic practice that activates both body and mind. Through flowing movements and gentle mobilization, this morning session enhances flexibility, stability, and inner balance. It’s the perfect way to start the day with clarity, energy, and a deep sense of calm.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
In this session, you have the opportunity to step away from daily routines and dedicate time to yourself and your yoga practice. Through flowing movements at a calm pace, you will learn to engage with your inner resources mindfully. Recharging strength and energy, improving mobility, and fully letting go during the final relaxation are just as much in focus as rediscovering your joy for life.
Meditation
Meditation is a practice of training the mind to achieve a state of inner peace, clarity, and heightened awareness. Sylvain, Resident Manager and Meditation Coach, will calmly guide you on your journey to reaching a harmonious inner balance.

Breathwork is the Swiss Army knife for your regulated nervous system. Your breath is always with you, and it has magical abilities worth discovering. These breath sessions are designed to help you develop an awareness of this fascinating tool, allowing you to influence your body, soul, and mind with every breath.
The Breathwork offerings 'Breath Magic' and 'Transformative' include a detailed introduction and a shared integration session. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
The 'Transformative' Breathwork session can also be booked as a 1:1 session by appointment.

Ice Bathing
Would you like to experience the benefits of an ice bath?
Discover a unique energy boost in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. Our certified Wim Hof Method instructor will guide you safely through this intense cold experience.
No prior experience is required, but good health is essential.
Spend two minutes in icy water – that’s all it takes to feel the effects.
Important note
Ice bathing is not suitable for individuals with health conditions such as pregnancy, epilepsy, Raynaud’s syndrome (stage II), or high blood pressure.
